For the free shuttle bus from Terminal 5, go to the Arrivals level, and bus stop 26 - 27.
The bus will depart from Terminal 5 every 30 minutes between 05.45 and 23.45.
It will depart from the hotel every 30 minutes between 05:30 and 23:30.
Complimentary extra beds are available on request, but are based on availability and cannot be put in a twin room.
